Edu-City training scheme supports the training of new and strongly required hybrid professional figures acting as neighborhood facilitators for processes of social engagement, co-creation and management of commons.
Published online the Edu-city training scheme for Neighbourhood Facilitators, the second result of the Erasmus+ project.
With Edu-City training scheme the partners working in five different urban settings are proposing a training composed of five different modules. The modules are based on the partners field experiences and practices realized in the previous years and contain indications, mapping of competencies and skills, exercises and methods already tested that could be adapted to different contexts and needs.
Edu-City training scheme aims to train urban educators before the realization of a participatory practice, to support them during the realization of local civic actions – to analyze and understand better the territory and local dynamics, to engage citizens and other actors, to narrate the process activated and co-create initiatives, actions – and to reflect on the experience realized.
The training scheme is available online and dowloadable in 6 Languages, including English, German, Italian, French, Spanish and Bulgarian versions.
